TTS on aistudio.google
Yesterday I started to do a new TTS text to speech project
in aistudio using gemini 3/2.5-tts and was surprise; it’s very good.
After a few TTS runs on books, I max out my access, on tier 1 paid tier.
Today i discovered when i create a new project in goggle and link to my tier 1 google account,
i can continue, so did that and looking out for new bills
Notice from screenshot, that when TTS is running on a browser, in aistudio,
it takes a lot of resouces.
Good that I have a Mac Mini M4 Pro.

Next i tried an open source mlx model

This is very good for most purpose,
Out of the box, it’s quality is about 60% of gemini 2.5-tts.
